Assistant Head of Wilderness & Trips

My name is Elias, and I am 22 years old. I am from Lebanon, a very small country off the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea! I currently reside in New York, where I attend the University at Albany as a Computer Science student. I plan to graduate next year and start my professional career anywhere life takes me!

A fun fact about myself is that I am fluent in Arabic and French!

I am very passionate about Nature; thus, my hobbies revolve around it. When I’m not busy coding and debugging class assignments, you will always find me hiking or rock climbing with my friends! I also enjoy traveling and meeting new people a lot, and I think the beauty of life is in the connections we make! This year will mark my third in a row at Adirondack Camp, this time as the assistant head of the Wilderness Trips program!

This summer, I am looking forward to reconnecting with the majestic Adirondack mountains, which I have fallen in love with each year.

Finally, like last summer, I want to instill in every kid who joins my trips a love for the outdoors and safe adventuring.
