Hello guys! My name is Ege, and I’m from İzmir, Turkey. I’m currently 18 years old, but by the time camp starts, I’ll be 19. I’m in Prep year studying Environmental Engineering at İzmir Institute of Technology, and after camp, I’ll officially begin my department courses.

Here are some fun facts about me: I love chess! I started playing during the 2020 lockdown when I got bored and decided to try. And realized I couldn’t stop. I also love sports of any kind. I’d love to try all kinds of sports, I’ve started to learn magic tricks with playing cards this year, so don’t be surprised if I pull a card out of your ear.

This will be my first summer at Adirondack Camp, and I’ll be teaching fencing. I’ve been a fencer for nearly 10 years, competing at national and international levels, and I’m excited to share what I know with the campers. Also, I’m looking forward to meeting new people from around the world, making friendships, and helping campers learn new skills while having a great time.
