Dining Hall Liaison

Hi, I’m Katherine! I just turned 40 this April! I was born in Venezuela, but after living in several places, I’ve settled in Houston, where I bought my first home. I’m a proud mom of four (three are already adults!), and I’ve recently gone back to school after 14 years to become a registered nurse through online classes at Lonestar Community College. I love being productive, spending time outside, helping others, and finding ways to relax and have fun.

This will be my first summer at Adirondack, and I’ll be joining as the Kitchen Liaison. I’m excited to help every meal run smoothly and create a stress-free, joyful space for everyone to come together. Even before arriving, I can tell that Adirondack is a special community, and I’m looking forward to being part of a place that helps kids grow and thrive in all kinds of ways.
