Approximately 50% of our staff come from outside the United States, hailing from countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, the UK, El Salvador, Spain, Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. Many of our staff members are multilingual, making it easier for international campers to feel at home. This summer already we have campers joining us from New Zealand, China, Spain, the UK, France, Australia, Cyprus, Switzerland, Canada, UAE, Germany, Italy, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong and Bermuda!
From the moment campers arrive, they become part of a multicultural environment where friendships form across borders. Knowing that many campers and counselors are also from different parts of the world helps international campers integrate seamlessly. They quickly discover that Adirondack Camp is a place where language barriers turn into learning opportunities, and cultural differences become the foundation of lifelong friendships.

Here, we proudly fly the flags of every country represented among our campers and staff, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
