2025 Early Enrollment is Open!
Dear Families,
We hope you are enjoying these final days of summer!
We are excited to let you know that we have opened 2025 enrollment. Early Enrollment will run until 11/15. Due to increasing costs across the board, we will be raising tuition fees for 2025. If you enroll before 11/15, you will receive 2024 tuition prices before they increase. We have updated the website with our new dates and rates, which you can view by clicking here. We will also offer two-week spaces for Summer 2025 for 7-9-year-olds and limited two-week spaces on a case-by-case basis for older campers. Once they are filled, we will close those sessions. We have simplified our enrollment application to make it easier to fill out. Please click here to enroll to ensure a space and lock in this year’s rates. All spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please don’t wait to enroll. Once a cabin is full, we will close it out. We don’t want your child to miss out on a space. Please review our updated tuition insurance policy for 2025 below. All families who are able are highly recommended to purchase the tuition insurance for 2025.

Tuition insurance
Tuition to Camp is a huge investment, and we want to ensure that when enrolling your kids, you do so with the peace of mind that you have options if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Adirondack Camp will be using Program Protector - Program Protector is a travel protection plan available through your online camper application that helps to protect your investment.
How it Works
You can choose to purchase Program Protector while completing your child’s enrollment form. Upon enrollment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with a link to the plan documents.
In the event of a cancellation, you would submit a claim directly to the Claims Administrator at Program Protector. It is very important to purchase this insurance.

Standard Plan: Program Cancellation & Interruption (for Covered Reasons) www.tripmate.com/wpF530S (choose the resident state of the camper to view) Enhanced Plan: “Cancel for Any Reason” Benefit (choose the resident state of the camper to view)
Please note: Program Protector is only available to United States residents. The Enhanced Plan is not available to residents of New York state. All international families need to contact Camp to inquire about tuition insurance options for them.
Please note: If you choose not to purchase an insurance plan, Adirondack Camp will not be giving any refunds due to not being able to come to Camp for any reason! You must purchase a plan when you enroll. Adirondack Camp will also not refund any tuition to campers’ families who need to leave early or who are asked to leave.
Our current cancellation policy offers a refund for withdrawal before January 15th minus a service fee of $600. For withdrawals after January 15th, nothing is refundable. All credit card payments will be charged a processing fee of 4%.
