Jumping Into Our Final Week of Activities!
Friday
Today we had a regular day of activities, we also had the final of our Three v Three basketball tournament during rest hour. It was a thrilling game, and in the end the Utah Jazz took out the title! The evening activity was Awiskini, Adirondackees were inducted and stamps were issued for activities.
Saturday
Today we started the morning with a special themed day Ranger (and CIT) Wrangle, where campers had to chase and catch, or answer trivia from our Rangers and Counselor’s in training, the goal being simple - catch as many as you can! In the afternoon we rolled into a cabin lip-sync battle, the staff also had to particpate, which was a surprise to them! Everyone brought their spirit and creativity as they sang, acted and danced together up on stage. The performing spirit continued into the evening activity at the dance.
Sunday
Today kicked off with a lively club morning before we dove into the afternoon’s highlight: Blue/White! This year’s event was a mash-up of all our favorite past Blue/White meets, blending elements from different meets; canoe, swim, track and egg into one epic showdown called “Meet Meet Meet Meet Meat Meet” (yes you read that right). It was a whirlwind of fun and excitement, featuring over a dozen quirky activities like egg toss, canoe dodgeball, and sponge shot put. The day was a fantastic mix of silliness and spirited competition, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
