We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Don from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager of Adirondack Camp. After working with Tim and Steve and learning on the job for the last year plus Don is more than ready for this challenge.

Don oversees the management and safety of all aspects of our property and facility, including any and all infrastructure above and below ground as well as our equipment. In this role Don also oversees our stellar Maintenance Team. Don brings with him a wealth of experience, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, carpentry and the general understanding of the inner working of things. EDALI HERNANDEZ PALACIOS

Office Manager

We are so happy that Edali is joining us for her 4th summer in her new role as Office Manager. Edali, originally from Mexico, has relocated here from Texas and lives on-site with her kitty Maggie. As Office Manager, Edali plays a vital role behind the scenes and getting everything in order for the summer. She will also be the point person in the office during the summer season. Edali will oversee our mail system (a giant job), and travel logistics for staff and campers, ensure all forms are received, and deal with any day-to-day administrative needs for campers and staff. We welcome Edali to the leadership team and are excited to see her take on this new role.

She brings a wealth of hands-on nursing experience to our Health Care Team. In partnership with Dr. Alison Tothy, Taylor, as Head Nurse, will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Health Center and the overall care and well-being of our ADK community. This will be Jessy’s 5th summer joining us from New Zealand where she likes to drink her favorite tea Earl Grey and hang with her Cat Tasha. Jessy has a wonderful eye and has been able to capture the magic of camp through its sunsets and the zany fun of our campers and staff in her videos. Jessy also just put ADK on the TikTok map.
