A Festive Fall Greeting From ADK
Dear Families, as we settle into the heart of fall and prepare for the festive season, we hope you’re adjusting well to the shift to cooler temperatures. Here at camp, autumn is truly magical as the Adirondack Park transforms into stunning hues of orange and yellow (photos below!). Wishing you a safe, fun, and delightfully spooky Halloween—whether you’re trick-or-treating in costume, carving pumpkins, or simply savoring cozy time with loved ones!
We thought we would share what our staff have been doing to celebrate Halloween, have a look below to see what festivities some of them have been up to! Firstly we have some sensational pumpkin carving from Emilie, Cassia and Rachel L!
Rachel L, Demet and Rachel N all embraced the halloween spirit with their costumes!
One of our Nurses, Marissa, and her husband, Chris—our waterski advisor—are huge Halloween enthusiasts! Check out what they’ve been up to with their two kids, Kai and Finn, who are also ADK campers!
And finally, our ever-eccentric Director, Matt, went all out this year, dressing up as Vector from Despicable Me!
Now, have you ever seen camp in the fall? It’s truly a sight to behold! Our Office Manager, Edali, captured some photos that showcase the brilliant colors of the trees and the carpet of leaves covering the ground. The transformation is stunning—like stepping into an entirely new landscape, yet it feels as magical as ever. Scroll down to see the beauty of camp in full autumn bloom!
